The location was convenient and nice, in the middle of jackson, it's a plus. Also, Lcbc was 2 miles away from the property.

The location was favourable and comfortable in a pretty nice area, so close to Very close to many restaurants and the store. Also, it was at walking distance from Memorial Hospital. Liked a refrigerator, coffee/tea making equipment, and a dining area in the room.

Everything was great, incredible and large room with kitchen. The staff was amazingly nice, we had an early check-in. The hotel was set in a central area really close to many restaurants, and the store. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

Terrible customer service. Cleaning service was inconsistent despite multiple complaints.

Our stay at Candlewood was fantastic! We were greeted by friendly agent Amy and immediately impressed by the clean lobby and modern room design. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the kitchenette was a bonus. The bathroom was spacious, and the large desk workspace was great. The gym and marketplace were also impressive, even though we didn't use them. a great experience and we'll definitely be staying here again.
Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right off a busy major highway, making it easy to access. There are also several restaurants in the vicinity, providing plenty of dining options. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is also of a good size and the shower is in proper working condition. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
There were some concerns regarding the consistency of the cleaning service, which could be improved.
